Kristopher G. Kopack, P.E.
Kristopher Kopack grew up just 30 miles south of Chicago in Indiana. Kris received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Purdue University and is registered as a Professional Engineer in the State of Arizona and the State of Texas. His career for large national contractors have led him to spend time in Indiana, Illinois, Arizona and now Texas.
Kris’s career includes the oversight and management of large $250M+ projects and campus expansions to interior renovations to the rehabilitation/correction of building envelope systems. He was responsible for the field operations over regional divisions. Kris is known for always working through challenging opportunities and comes to the project team with a solution. His knowledge for all the building systems makes him a valuable asset for any project team.
His resume of past projects has provided him the foundation to provide you with a quality project within your budget and timeline. His experience in various roles on different types of projects gives him insight on expectations of Owners and the challenges found on every project, leading him to a better understanding of how to work effectively with each stakeholder in the process.
Deborah Arizmendi-Kopack
Deborah Arizmendi-Kopack began her career in Arizona working for a national construction management firm. Her work in the construction industry began in the estimating department and then led her to the field. The projects she worked on ranged from small interior renovations to large healthcare campus expansions. Upon her return to Texas she began working as an Owner’s Representative/Program Manager which was her career goal.
Her experience and knowledge in the construction industry paired with her attention to detail and articulate communication skills has proven to be successful. She uses the same approach on all projects, regardless of the size, in order to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget. She believes in an open and transparent relationship with the project team to provide the Owner with the best product possible.
Deb received her Bachelor of Science in Construction at Arizona State University. She is a Texas native but grew up in Moses Lake, Washington. Her education and career kept her in Arizona before finally moving back to Texas.
Kris, Deb and their son Kolton have made Pflugerville their home for the past few years and plan to make the Austin area their forever home.
